My Pham Ins Agency, Inc. (including 'My Pham Agency,' 'The Pham Agency,' and 'My Pham')

1. Introduction
Welcome to My Pham Ins Agency, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). For the purposes of this agreement, 'My Pham Ins Agency, Inc.' includes and operates under the names 'My Pham Agency,' 'The Pham Agency,' and 'My Pham.' By accessing and using our services, website, and any associated applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Services Provided
My Pham Ins Agency, Inc. offers insurance-related services, including but not limited to, consultation, policy issuance, claims assistance, and customer support. Services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

4. Use of Services
a. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our Services.
b. You shall not use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
c. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion if we determine a violation of these Terms.
