My The Pham is the founder and the owner of The Pham Agency. Since the very first day of running his business, My leads the agency's operations with hard work, ethics, and passion in helping customers protect what are important to them. During years of training and working in the insurance industry, My has earned his reputation in his District as a dedicated insurance agent who always go extra miles to serve his customers and grow his business. In recognition of his contribution, My has received several awards from his Insurance District, including Triple Crown Award, Topper Club Qualifiers, and Break Your Record Award. My's commitment to better serve his customer is continuous. 

At work, My is a leader who committed to guide his agency and team members to success. At home, My is a loving husband and father of a one-year-old son. He also likes to cook and go fishing.
